The P.I.C.C. (or Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter) system is suppose to get you a lot better gas mileage. But beware, there are a lot of these devices out there, and most of them aren’t worth their weight in gasoline. Here is how it is suppose to work:

The system additionally uses six vigorous magnets that ionize the gasoline to produce smaller molecules and help separate the compounds into simple elements so they burn more completely. And, a specially formulated “covalizer” breaks down the covalent bonds of the enlarged chain gas molecules and helps “crack” and vaporize your fuel as well as increase the life of your engine.”
